Tamsin has just set off on a new adventure. She is southward bound once again, this time headed to the fastest warming region of Antarctica, the peninsula. Glaciers there are melting, possibly revealing undiscovered resevoirs of frozen cheese. Tamsin can't wait to find out!

Unbelievable! What a life you live.
I'm in total awe...I thought we had some fantastic nature here in Norway but you are truly living in some of the finest nature I've ever seen!!! You are quite the photographer also!! What kind of camera are you using?
I've been waiting for your next post since forever. Glad to see you back on-line.
Nice work. I'll be sharing these with my eighth graders on Monday!
how wonderful your pictures are. I guess you are sacrificing the comforts of home to be there and be on adventures? How uncomfortable is it? Says the armchair traveller!
Awesome photo's. I know you must take zillions. How you get it down to these few...I don't know. I post tons of pictures! Love the one with the penguins and the ship because of the contrast of the scene. The others are just really breathtaking images of nature's beauty.
You are living the good life right now.
Im gald you got a holiday somewhere relatively warmer. The Antartic photos are incredible but I guess you have to wait a while for conditions like that. Thanks.
Absolutely breathtaking! We missed you! Glad to see you're back!
Those mountains are incredible!
I also would like to know what kind of camera you are using... very good pictures.

I absolutely LOVE your pictures, thank you for sharing them!!
Wonderful shots! Have been wondering how you're doing. Thanks for sharing your adventurous life. Blessings, SusanD
This is a call to everyone to please step outside the right vs. left paradigm. While there are important issues worth debating within this paradigm, all of them will be moot if we do not focus on a much greater issue outside this paradigm. Thomas Jefferson warned of wealth concentrating to such an extent that it threatened the state. Nowadays the media has taught us all very well to ridicule anyone who talks of central banks usurping the power of government. Well now I suppose the media will have to laugh at themselves, as many outlets from Newsweek to the Financial Times of London are openly discussing the creation of a "bank of the world" that will control economic policies of every nation. I invite you to watch this video, which details how this is currently taking place. While it focuses on our current officials' cooperation with these plans, it steps out of the typical political paradigm by highlighting the cooperation of both parties. Please do not look to politicians to protect us. Only we can protect us. And our first step must be to reach out to police and military. Without their cooperation, the global elite won't have the muscle to exercise their will of oppression. Please share this oath-keepers blog with them.
Truly incredible. That certainly is one of the most incredible places on earth. So vast, so diverse, you are so fortunate you got to see it in all its splendor.
As always some truly great shots
amazing view! *ENVY*

Tamsin,
Just stumbled on your blog. Your pictures are amazing! I have always been facinated by the extreme North and South! Knowing someone there brings me closer! Please keep sharing!
Thanks
Such magic in these photos.
Thanks for sharing.
I have been there in 1998. What a spectacular place!
I missed you...I hope you write a book on your adventures...out- standing photos !
Wow. I LOVE your blog.
I stumbled onto it a few years ago while looking for cheese recipes and I'm so very glad I did. I love the experiences and pictures you've shared as well as the links to the blogs of your colleges. I'm also (selfishly) glad that you've gone back; so that I may enjoy more of your experiences vicariously. I confess that I hate the cold (I live in Florida... one of the warmer states in the U.S.) but in reading your blog, as well as the others, I find myself wishing I could walk in your shoes. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences with the rest of us.
Just want to say hello and hope all is well with you and everyone there. Look forward to seeing new posts and great photos from you soon. Regards, TOTA
PS: It is Stanley Cup playoffs and I enjoy every minute of it :)
